Vendor Application and Contract
Welcome to the craft festival, if you are interested in being a vendor, please complete the application and submit with payment. We only accept cash, check, or Money Order. We do not accept electronic payment. Adjudication and selection will be taking place by mid-September.
New Crafter/Artisan
Welcome to the craft festival, if you are interested in being a vendor, please email admin@millreekeducationfoundation.org. In order to participate you will be required to complete the application and your items will be juried. The application form will be available in the last week of June. Adjudication and selection will be taking place by mid-September.
Returning Crafter/Artisan
Welcome back crafters! We appreciate your willingness to return to a great experience. Applications will be available the last week of June.
What is the craft festival?
The Craft Festival is a 2-day experience held annually at the McDowell Intermediate High School. We invite the public to come to shop, enjoy musical performances, and food! The $5 entry fee supports Millcreek Township School District students. The event is held the first weekend in December.
History
The Schoolhouse festival was established more than 30 years ago as a fundraiser for the Millcreek Township School District and then for Asbury Woods Nature Center. In 2020, the Asbury Woods Board of Directors invited MEF to assume control of the event. Covid-19 restrictions prevented MEF from holding the event in 2020 and 2021. The event draws more than 100 vendors each year and up to 5000 attendees!
